  • 3 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper minced
  • 2 jalapenos one with seeds, one without
  • 1/2 cup green onion minced
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs lime
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbs white sugar or more to taste


  • In a large bowl combine strawberries, bell peppers, jalapenos, and green onion.
  • whisk together olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Pour over strawberry mixture and gently combined until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours so the flavors can meld.
  • Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
