Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic chicken sausages or Italian chicken sausage, sliced into discs
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Garlic, minced
  • Chicken broth
  • Bow tie pasta
  • Zucchini, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Grape tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Sausage and Aromatics:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the sliced sausage discs and cook until browned.
    • Add the chopped onion, a pinch of salt, and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
  2. Cook the Pasta and Zucchini:
